Collection Management Librarian
The Collection Management Librarian works as a member of the librarian team to support the university’s academic mission. This position assists with library assessment and accreditation of the University and its programs. The Collection Management Librarian leads the Technical Services Department by ensuring quality and efficient access to, preservation, maintenance and sharing of the library’s intellectual resources. The Collection Management Librarian’s professional duties include advanced cataloging and developing the perpetual collections by acquiring materials that meet the needs of the library’s faculty and students. This position works closely with faculty and administration to implement and support Open Educational Resources (OER) endeavors across campus.
