    Technical Reporting and Graduation Coordinator

    The Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) for First Year Communities is a 12 month full-time, live-in position that is responsible for supervising the ongoing operation of the first year residential student communities at Texas Wesleyan University.     In this role, you’ll investigate and respond to complaints of discrimination, and conduct EEO/Compliance training. You’ll assist the director in establishing, reviewing and monitoring EEO/compliance programs, plans, budgets, policies and procedures for all segments of the College. You’ll investigate alleged discrimination cases by interviewing the complaining and responding parties, determining relevant witness and documentary evidence, and interviewing persons believed to have pertinent factual knowledge of the allegations. You’ll also investigate alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and serve as a resource to the College in interpreting issues related to the ADA, accommodations and disability access.

    The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment and P-16 Programs serves as the primary coordinator for the High School Advantage dual credit program and on-campus P-16 initiatives. The coordinator works toward improving the dual credit student experience by establishing policies and procedures and relaying services related to dual credit student registration, academic advising, and student engagement, through the use of current research, best practices, and assessment data. The coordinator will serve as an academic liaison across campus and community partners for the Office of Curriculum and Strategic Initiatives, focusing primarily on P-16 initiatives.
