Isaac Rowe, a former member of the TABPHE Student Chapter at Texas State Technical College in Waco, was recently honored as the 2021 recipient of the NAACP Austin Branch 56th Annual Dewitty/OvertonFreedom Fund "Outstanding Leadership" Award. 

Rowe is CEO and founder of The Man In Me, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support men and guide them towards a responsible manhood and fatherhood.
