Mission Statement
The Dallas TABPHE chapter is to serve as a dedicated and inclusive community within higher education that advocates for the interests and advancement of Black faculty, staff, students, and administrators. We strive to enhance professional development opportunities and promote excellence in education, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and success for all members. Through collaboration and advocacy, we aim to contribute to the improvement of the educational system in Dallas and beyond.

TABPHE Dallas envisions a Dallas higher education system where Black professionals thrive, and Black students excel. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that empowers Black personnel to achieve their full potential and advocates for equitable opportunities and resources for Black students.
