• 2-Early Bird Non-Member Registration (until December 1) – $375.00
  Early bird rates for Non-Members. Must be registered before Dec 1, 2026.
• 5-Late Member Registration (after Jan 30) – $415.00
• 6-Late Non-Member Registration (after Jan 30) – $475.00
• 7-Standard Student Registration-Full Conference (until Jan 30) – $200.00
  Student rates are for full-time students who are NOT employed in higher education. Valid student identification may be required on site to receive registration materials; otherwise, registration payment at current member/non-member rates will be required.
  
  Fees include all conference materials, workshops, reception, luncheon and banquet. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to February 3, 2026 (attendee substitutions are encouraged instead).
• 8-One-Day Student (Graduate Institute) Standard Registration (through Jan 30) – $100.00

  Special Note: Full-time students desiring to attend the entire conference may register any time at the Full-Time Student Rate of $200. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to February 9, 2026 (attendee substitutions are encouraged instead).
• 8-One-Day Student (Undergraduate Institute) Standard Registration (through Jan 30) – $100.00

  Special Note: Full-time students desiring to attend the entire conference may register any time at the Full-Time Student Rate of $200. Refund requests must be received in writing prior to February 16, 2026 (attendee substitutions are encouraged instead).
• Awards Banquet/Soiree (additional tickets)-Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2027 – $65.00
  For guests of full conference registrants who want to attend TABPHE's Awards Banquet on Tuesday (February 26, 2027). Ticket Fee is $60 per guest.
