The Records Management Coordinator I is responsible for all official and unofficial transcript order processing; preparation for appropriate distribution, including all current and former students of the university, law student transcripts, and keeping a working knowledge of the transcript service systems. Maintains the student records retention process for current and archived student records and the imaging database in accordance with AACRAO standards and established university records management policies and procedures.
